Minimum Requirements:  Seminary degree with 3 to 5 years minimum of ministry experience

Skills & Experience: Exemplary personal lifestyle and a track record of sensitive, strong servant leadership in one's immediate family. Exhibits a personal & growing relationship with God. Ability to generate new ideas, develop leaders, instill values, and communicate biblically sound approaches to assist church leaders and members reach the greater community. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Maintains a friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team approach while working with the church leaders and congregation. Effective organizational communication, teaching skills, willingness to utilize & communicate through social media and other technology.
